Job summary

RealCold in East Hanover, NJ is seeking an e-Commerce Team Member to support the Ecommerce Business. The role will accurately pull, pack, and ship orders using our e-commerce and warehouse management system platforms, collaborating with teammates to ensure a positive work environment and strong team culture.

The job requires a high school diploma, English literacy, and a willingness to work weekends/evenings with overtime. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, 401(k) match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, and ship orders accurately according to tickets.
• Label packages as fragile or perishable for shipping.
• Assemble daily shipments and ensure proper containers.
• Inspect products for damage and perform quality checks.
• Build and stack boxes and perform other duties as assigned.
