Job summary

RealCold in New Jersey is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to support our e-commerce fulfillment. You will pull, pack, and ship orders from our warehouse management system, labeling packages for fragile or perishable handling, and assembling daily shipments with care and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Experience with warehouse operations and safety culture.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture; safety is the top priority.
• Select products according to tickets and pack accordingly.
• Label packages as fragile or perishable for shipping.
• Assemble daily shipments by location and category.
• Pack orders into appropriate shipping containers.
• Inspect products during packing to prevent damage.
• Perform quality control and stack items securely.
• Build and stack boxes; assist with other duties as needed.
