RealCold is seeking an e-Commerce Team Member to support the Ecommerce Business. The role involves accurately pulling, packing, and shipping orders using our e-commerce and warehouse management systems, while collaborating with teammates to foster a positive environment.

Candidates should be able to pass a background check, be available for weekends/evenings, and work in a cold storage environment. The company offers comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a Safety Culture in the facility and keep work area clean.
• Select products according to tickets and pack for shipment.
• Label packages as fragile or perishable for shipping.
• Assemble daily shipments by order location and category.
• Ensure orders are packed into proper shipping containers.
• Inspect products for damage during packing.
• Perform quality control assessments and stack safely.
