• Proven kitchen/food prep experience preferred.
• Able to follow written recipes and verbal directions with accuracy.
• Knife skills, sanitation awareness, organization, urgency, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, prep lists, yields, portions, and production priorities accurately.
• Prepare refined cold components, sauces, garnishes, and mise en place to exact specifications.
• Wash, cut, portion, mix, label, cool, store, and rotate ingredients safely.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Monitor product quality and communicate shortages, waste, or specification concerns.
• Use knives, smallware, scales, and commercial equipment safely.
• Complete sanitation, breakdown, and assigned closing work thoroughly.
