Job summary

You will follow recipes, maintain a clean workstation, monitor quality, and collaborate with teammates. Prior kitchen experience and a Food Handler Certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Professional kitchen experience or food-production background preferred.
• Ability to follow written recipes and verbal directions accurately.
• Food Handler Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, prep lists, yields, portions, and production priorities accurately.
• Wash, cut, portion, mix, label, cool, store, and rotate ingredients safely.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked workstation.
• Monitor product quality and communicate shortages, waste, or specification concerns.
• Use knives, smallware, scales, and commercial equipment safely.
• Complete sanitation, breakdown, and assigned closing work thoroughly.
