Stand-By Personnel, Inc. is seeking dependable Production Workers for meat processing opportunities in Owasso, Oklahoma. The roles support daily production, handle meat products and materials, and sustain productivity in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

Candidates must be 18+, comfortable in extreme cold, and able to lift 20–70 lbs repeatedly. Multiple shifts are available with wages of $13.50–$14.50 per hour depending on shift.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to repeatedly lift 20–70 lbs throughout the shift.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks.
• Able to work in temperatures as low as -45°F.
• Strong safety focus and ability to follow supervisor instructions.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, food production, or meat processing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily production line operations in a meat processing facility.
• Lift, move, carry, and handle meat products and materials.
• Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining productivity.
• Assist with material movement and product handling throughout processing.
• Follow supervisor instructions and established production procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and wear PPE.
• Collaborate with coworkers to meet daily production goals.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and food sanitation requirements.
