Job summary

Nspproteins is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for 2nd shift to oversee daily production in our Owasso, OK facility. You will supervise employees, ensure schedules, maintain product quality, and enforce safety and USDA standards. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

This full-time role requires up to 50 lb lifting, attention to accuracy, and collaboration with QA, Maintenance, and Logistics to resolve issues and meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5 years supervisory experience in meat processing/manufacturing or similar.
• Knowledge of meat processing, safety, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Knowledge of production equipment and processes.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• English communication skills; Spanish helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities, assign duties, and meet schedules.
• Plan staffing and ensure timely startup/completion of orders.
• Adjust schedules to meet customer demands and maintain inventory rotation.
• Enforce safety, USDA regulations, and company policies.
• Train and develop production staff; monitor timekeeping and documentation.
• Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Logistics to resolve issues.
