Job summary

Quirch Foods, LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to operate forklifts and pallet jacks, inspect incoming product, and keep the warehouse organized. The role involves handling inventory, assisting with loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring product quality and safety in a cold environment.

The job requires basic English reading/writing, ability to use scanners, and physical stamina for repetitive lifting and standing.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and comprehend English sufficient to perform tasks and read labels, lists, and instructions.
• Ability to operate forklifts and scanners with training.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and electric pallet jack as needed.
• Inspect received product for damages.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized.
• Perform inventory cycle counts as needed.
• Pick POS orders for customer pickups.
• Stock rotation of products.
• Receive trucks and load/unload per PO requirements.
• Scan and label products as required.
• Maintain product handling, storage integrity, and accurate inventories.
• Ensure facility and assets are secure and well-kept.
• Slot products in rack system in a timely, accurate manner.
