Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs and work in a cold environment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to facility operations through proper product handling and sanitation.
• Unload/load trailers and verify correct pallet stacking and no mixups.
• Ensure customer product is accounted for, infestation-free, and properly temped.
• Identify damaged product and report shortages or overages.
• Assist in physical inventories and prepare product for shipment.
• Stack pallets, wrap them, and perform efficient picking to meet standards.
• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, slip-sheets, and turret trucks safely.
• Move product from staging to railcars/trailers and maintain equipment.
