Job summary

You’ll coordinate between departments to ensure inventory accuracy and on-time shipment, while maintaining adherence to occupational safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• 5 years of supervisory experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee product handling and customer service operations ensuring procedures and KPIs are met.
• Develop annual facility budgets and monitor progress towards departmental goals.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and occupational safety laws.
• Manage staff including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, performance appraisals, and resolving issues.
• Maintain operational procedures for shipment verification, inventory control, and quality standards for perishables.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations including safety training and reporting injuries.
• Coordinate activities between warehouse, distribution, sales record control, and purchasing to ensure merchandise availability and security.
