Job summary

Elevait Solutions in Denver, CO, seeks a Transportation & Logistics Supervisor to lead the movement of materials, products, and medical samples across the supply chain, with focus on reliability and compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or distribution
• Strong understanding of transportation operations and supply chain principles
• Experience with transportation tracking systems and operational reporting
• Able to lift between 25 and 70 pounds

Responsibilities

• Supervise the movement of materials, products, and medical samples across the supply chain
• Prepare master air waybills, bills of lading, and export documentation for domestic and international shipments
• Secure cargo space and manage bookings for shipments
• Oversee cold chain management, including gel pack and packaging preparation and refurbishment
• Lead day to day transportation and logistics operations to ensure service reliability
• Manage transportation resources and tracking systems for visibility and traceability
• Monitor transportation performance, asset utilization, and shipment tracking data
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, safety, and handling requirements
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members, and support recruitment and onboarding
• Maintain client relationships and ensure compliance with contract requirements
