Job summary

Mom’s Meals is hiring for a Fulfillment Associate in Ohio. You will pick, scan, and pack portions of customer orders in a refrigerated environment, following safety and quality standards. The role is fast-paced and requires attention to detail and teamwork.

Shifts include 1st (7:00am–3:00pm) and 3rd (11:00pm–7:00am) with starting pay of $16.50/hour and $18.00/hour, respectively. Pre-employment screening is required and employment is contingent on passing a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to stand/walk for 8–10 hours.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Shifts may include weekends/holidays and overtime.
• Strong service orientation and teamwork.
• Good communication and reading of basic instructions.
• Post-offer drug screen and background check required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan, and pack your portion of the order.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Read labels, select products, and maintain accuracy.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets.
• Move products within a refrigerated warehouse per safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.
