Job summary

Americold is seeking a Forklift Operator at our Fayetteville, AR facility to receive, store, and ship food products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. This on-site role emphasizes safety and precision.

You will load and unload freight, stack merchandise, pick orders, verify accuracy, and maintain a clean, organized workspace in accordance with OSHA standards. A high school diploma or GED and 3 months related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three (3) months of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and safely load and unload freight using proper equipment.
• Stack and store merchandise, pick and assemble orders, label and wrap as directed.
• Operate forklift equipment and RF scanners in OSHA-compliant manner.
• Meet production standards while maintaining a clean, orderly work environment.
• Perform inventory, cleaning, or forklift battery changes as needed.
