Job Description
  1. Create and execute sales plans to grow cold chain product sales for both B2C and B2B customers.
  2. Identify and reach out to new customers through research and direct approaches.
  3. Promote the benefits of our cold chain product.
  4. Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
  5. Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to enhance our cold chain product based on customer feedback.
  7. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
Requirements
  1. Over 3 years of sales experience, preferably in 3PL, logistics, or supply chain, with a focus on cold chain logistics.
  2. Proven ability to generate leads and develop a new business line independently.
  3. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail) and dashboards like Salesforce or Metabase.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
