Job summary

Facility Solutions Group, Inc. seeks a Lead Generator in Clarksville, TN to market Utility Sponsored Rebate Programs and generate leads for the program team.

The role requires travel, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to identify energy efficiency opportunities while coordinating with Energy Conservation Reps.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inform customers of Utility Program opportunities and generate leads for the program team.
• Explain the benefits of the program to customers at an expert level.
• Identify energy efficiency opportunities on sites.
• Coordinate energy audits with Energy Conservation Reps.
• Secure necessary documents and information from customers.
• Update and maintain all required systems.
• Act professionally and ethically at all times.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager.

As one of the nation’s largest single-source providers of lighting and electrical products, electrical services, electrical construction, and energy management solutions, Facility Solutions Group is expanding their staff and seeking a Lead Generator to join the Clarksville program team. This position is a salaried position with a competitive bonus plan for outstanding performers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Engagement Specialist you will market and generate interest for our Utility Sponsored Rebate Programs. The programs enable municipalities, small businesses, and non-profits within our coverage territory to reduce their energy spending and upgrade to more modern, energy efficient equipment.

Responsibilities

A Customer Engagement Specialist will:

• Inform customers of Utility Program opportunities and generate leads for the program team
• Be able to explain the benefits of the program to customers at an expert level
• Recognize energy efficiency opportunities on sites
• Schedule energy audits and coordinate with Energy Conservation Reps
• Secure necessary documents and information from customers
• Update and maintain all systems required
• Act professionally and ethically at all times
• Report directly to the Sales Manager
