Job summary

Wasatch Cleaners, Salt Lake City, Utah, is seeking a part-time lead qualification specialist to work from home. You will call leads, qualify their needs, and hand warm, well-documented opportunities to our booking team.

You will follow a fixed Mountain Time schedule (8 AM–5 PM) and earn hourly pay plus a bonus for every qualified lead the team accepts. Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus. A quiet workspace, reliable internet, and headset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in cold calling or appointment setting is helpful; training provided.
• Ability to log calls and follow-up accurately in the lead system.

About the role

We are a premium home and office cleaning company in Salt Lake City, Utah, and we run the whole business on our own software. Every lead, call, text and booking lives in one place, so you always know who to call next and what to say. You start real conversations with businesses and homeowners, find out what they need, and hand warm, well-documented leads to our booking team.

What you will do

• Call businesses and homeowners from our list. We give you the script, the list and the phone system
• Triage new leads that arrive by phone, text and web: ask the qualifying questions and set the next step
• Follow up every open lead by its deadline
• Log every call, outcome and next step in our lead system the same day
• Hand qualified leads to the booking team and keep them updated

What you need

• Fluent spoken and written English with a warm, professional phone manner
• Spanish, Tagalog or another second language is a plus
• Comfortable making 40 or more calls in a shift and handling a no politely
• You keep clean notes and never miss a follow-up
• A quiet space, a reliable computer, fast internet and a headset
• Experience in cold calling, appointment setting or customer service helps; we train the rest
