Job summary

ITW in Wisconsin's Magnetics division is seeking a hands-on assembler with the ability to set up winders, wind coils, prep parts and support robotic welding and dip/bake operations.

You will rotate across welding, winding and prepping tasks, order materials, schedule production, and contribute to ISO quality compliance while working as a self-starter and team player in a local, on-site manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Read and understand schematics and assembly instructions.
• Proficient with basic computer use and Excel; follow safety directives.
• Strong math skills for basic calculations and material measurement.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Capable of interpreting BOMs and process routings.
• Willingness to cross-train across welding, winding, and prepping.
• Experience with crimping, robotic welding, dip/bake, or winders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate winders; wind coils and prep parts.
• Perform robotic welding, dip/bake and assembly as required.
• Cross-train on welding, winding, and prepping tasks.
• Order materials and schedule production orders.
• Maintain ISO quality standards and safety compliance.
• Transport and organize materials; work as a self-starter and team player.
