Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.

• Strong teamwork and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Always work safely while processing material per shop orders and customer requirements.
• Direct setup and helper personnel and coordinate coil staging with crane operators.
• Complete required documentation including shop orders and inspection sheets.
• Operate and monitor equipment, inspect tolerances, and record measurements.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate with crane operators to prevent line backups and ensure production flow.
