Qualifications

• Able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• 1–3 years of previous manufacturing experience.
• Preferred: forklift and/or overhead crane experience.

Responsibilities

• Check in and record details of coils prior to the slitting process.
• Load, unload, move, and remove coils involved in the slitting process.
• Visually and manually verify accuracy of coil size, weight, gauge.
• Set up slitter machine heads and arbors as needed.
• Operate the slitting machine at established production rates.
• Inspect material for defects and report issues.
• Maintain accurate records of slitter materials and inventory.
• Record coil weights and numbers accurately during slitting.
