Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Steel Bay Attendant – Crane Operator/Coil Handler for Plant 4 in Holland, MI. You will inspect and install steel coils used for production and support material flow on multiple shifts.

The role requires forklift and overhead crane experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift and overhead crane operation experience preferred.
• Experience in the stamping industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments of raw materials and store properly.
• Distribute raw materials using forklift or overhead crane.
• Keep track of material inventory and flows to support production.
