Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a 2nd shift Steel Bay Attendant for its Walker, MI plant. You will inspect and install steel coils used in production, receive raw materials, and move them with a forklift or overhead crane to support the stamping line. A high school diploma, basic English skills, and prior forklift/crane experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments of raw materials and store properly.
• Distribute raw materials using a forklift or overhead crane.
• Keep track of material inventory in the warehouse.
