Responsibilities

• Transport, load, unload, and store steel coils in appropriate locations using equipment.
• Inspect and assist in packaging coils and manage scrap.
• Complete required paperwork/system input for each product.
• Maintain a clean work environment.

A Material Handler regularly performs routine to moderately advanced production activities to maintain the flow of work under limited supervision. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Transport, load, unload, and store steel coils in appropriate locations using various equipment (Forklift, Crane, etc.).

Inspect and assist in packaging coils as needed and manage scrap.

Completes required paperwork/system input for each product.

Maintain a clean work environment by keeping work area free of trash and scrap.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills
