Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a diligent team member for first shift at our Cusseta, AL plant. You will inspect and install steel coils used in production, receive and store raw materials, and move materials with a forklift or overhead crane while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Applicants should be 18+, able to stand 8–10 hours, and have a High School diploma or equivalent. Forklift and overhead crane experience are required, stamping industry experience is a plus; bilingual not

When And Where

This will be a 1st shift Monday- Thursday position located at our Plant in Cusseta, AL.

Occasionally, this may require you to arrive early, stay late, or work on weekends, outside of our regular hours, to ensure we successfully meet customer needs, deadlines, or urgent requests.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at a level sufficient to safely and effectively perform job duties, including following work instructions, safety procedures, and company communications.
• Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
