Job summary

Shaw University in Raleigh, NC seeks a Program Success Coordinator reporting to the Director of the Congregational Leadership Certificate Program. You will ensure smooth delivery of participant services, manage admissions, cohort engagement, learning support, communications, events, and program logistics.

Working with program leadership and partners, you will nurture relationships with congregations, coordinate workshops, conferences, and graduation events, and help track progress from inquiry

Qualifications

Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Experience with proposal and report writing.
Knowledge of Black Church studies and trends in American religion.
Legally able to operate a vehicle in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for prospective students, participants and congregational leaders.
Guide participants through inquiry, registration, enrollment, orientation, and certificate awarding.
Coordinate formation and onboarding of congregational cohorts.
Monitor engagement and provide additional support as needed.
Track progress through workshops and certificate programs; maintain records.
