Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Experience with academic advising, student success interventions, and academic support services.
• Experience with coaching or mentoring students.
• Proficiency with web-based resources, spreadsheets, and presentation software (MS Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, holistic support and coaching for approximately 325 program participants.
• Use technology to support cohort-based coaching; track outreach and outcomes.
• Deliver coaching in group, one-on-one, and online formats.
• Manage and analyze caseload data; provide referrals as needed.
• Facilitate events and information sessions to boost learning outcomes.
• Participate in onboarding and departmental meetings for program updates.
• Maintain confidential, accurate student records and conduct outreach.
• Perform duties in person and at computer for meetings with students.
• Other duties as assigned.
