Job summary

Point72's Intelligence team seeks a subject matter expert to join a dynamic assessment and selection team with highly visible impact. You will design and conduct applied research, collaborating across departments and presenting recommendations to senior leaders based on your judgments and insights.

Qualifications

• PhD in cognitive psychology, neuroscience, decision science, social psychology, organizational psychology, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing, evaluating, interpreting qualitative and quantitative assessments.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct applied research with high visibility impact.
