Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) seeks a Cognitive Performance Specialist to join the H2F team supporting the U.S. Army Reserve.

The role will develop and deliver evidence-based mental readiness and cognitive performance programs to enhance Soldier performance, resilience, and readiness, located primarily at Fort Shafter Flats, Honolulu, with travel across the Pacific region. The candidate must hold a PhD or PsyD in psychology, APA-accredited internship, and licensure; CMPC is highly desired,

Qualifications

PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology required.
APA-accredited internship completed.
Licensure as required by contract; CMPC highly desired.
Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS in Pacific region.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver mental readiness and cognitive performance training programs.
Train Soldiers in cognitive skills to perform under pressure.
Provide instruction in attention control, energy management, stress management, mindfulness, visualization, and self-talk.
Collaborate with HPT to integrate mental readiness with physical, nutritional, recovery, and injury-prevention activities.
Travel to supported Army Reserve locations across the Pacific region as required.
