Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Cognitive Performance Specialist to support the US Army’s H2F initiative. You will develop, coordinate, and implement mental readiness and cognitive performance programs for Soldiers, blending sport psychology, coaching, and resilience training in military settings.

The role requires collaboration with health professionals, data-driven program assessment, and the ability to travel up to 10% as needed. Master’s or Doctoral degrees and relevant credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of mental performance coaching or sport psychology experience with athletes or Service Members.
• Licensure or CMPC certification or ability to obtain CMPC within two years.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate mental readiness and cognitive performance programs.
• Collaborate with Mental Readiness Director on assessment, improvement, and monitoring.
• Deliver cognitive performance optimization within brigade schedules.
• Educate, coach, and mentor Soldiers in cognitive skills and readiness.
• Coordinate facilities and resources for government-approved courses and training.
