Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Cognitive Performance Specialist to educate agency personnel in cognitive, mental and behavioral performance.

You will document work in the HP Enterprise-wide database and collaborate with HP management to enhance training quality across centers. Requirements include a Master's in a related field, HRV certification or equivalent, willingness to obtain BCIA HRV within 12 months, and Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Performance, Kinesiology, Exercise Science or Sport Sciences.
• BCIA HRV certification or proven HRV training, willing to obtain BCIA HRV certificate within 12 months.
• Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Prior military experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and educate agency personnel in cognitive and mental performance skills with documentation in HP database.
• Assist HP Program Manager in improving performance and training guidelines across sites.
• Attend meetings, conduct literature reviews, and ensure up-to-date care guidelines.
• Maintain compliance and pursue continuing education requirements.
