Job summary

The role focuses on advanced cognitive training, assessment, and program development to boost attention, memory, and decision-making in high-pressure environments. The successful candidate will design and deliver training, advise leadership, and support research initiatives while maintaining required security clearances and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Secret clearance currently possessed or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced cognitive performance training, assessment, and program development.
• Design and deliver individual and group training for cognitive and behavioral skills.
• Advise unit leadership on cognitive performance strategies and research outcomes.
• Lead trainings and briefings on cognitive performance, biofeedback, sleep, and self-regulation.
