Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Cognitive Enhancement Advisor to support military and government customers.

The role provides advanced cognitive performance training, assessment, and program development to enhance attention, memory, and decision‑making in high‑pressure settings. You will design and deliver individual and group sessions, apply evidence‑based practices, and help measure program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in the field with performance psychology specialization; must hold certification (Biofeedback, Neurofeedback, or IQCB) or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years post‑doctorate experience practicing performance psychology with military or high‑performance populations.
• Experience interpreting computerized neurocognitive testing (interpretation of results).
• Secret or Top‑Secret Clearance or ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced cognitive performance training, assessment, and program development for cognitive enhancement.
• Design and deliver individual and group training sessions; advise leadership on cognitive performance strategies.
• Track and report unit metrics to ensure program effectiveness; support research and evaluation initiatives.
