Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain cogeneration plant and ensure completion of assigned work orders.
• Perform skilled maintenance on HVAC systems, alarms (Direct Digital Control), emergency generator systems, and boilers.
• Read and interpret blueprints and prepare material takeoffs.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements; manage potential hazards in a clinical/industrial setting.
