Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks to two or more employees
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and foods are prepared to standard recipes.
• Oversee cash handling and store safety and security policies.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members during shifts.
