Qualifications

• Attend consistently and punctually, with or without accommodation.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Maintain store policies on quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety; accommodate as needed.
• Minimum 6 months in a role with customer interaction and fulfilling customer requests.
• At least 6 months experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two+ employees.

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Coach and supervise team to ensure standard recipes and customized orders.
• Direct the work of others and collaborate with team to meet store goals.
