Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a busy coffeehouse with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You will guide team members, ensure quality beverages and food, and uphold safety and store policies.

The role requires six months of customer service experience, the ability to delegate tasks, and flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Benefits are provided to partners as part of Starbucks' extensive program.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly while maintaining accuracy.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for customers.
• Coach and supervise team to ensure efficient service during peak times.
• Ensure beverages and food are prepared to standard recipes or customized per customer requests.
• Uphold store policies, cash handling, safety and security protocols.
• Support opening/closing procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
