Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily coffeehouse operations with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You will mentor team members, ensure quality beverages and food, and maintain store policies and safety while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes attendance, flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and coordinating tasks among team members to achieve smooth service and a positive guest

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Able to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as a shift supervisor to ensure quality beverages and food.
• Direct the work of others and coordinate tasks of the team to meet service standards.
• Coach team members in beverage and food preparation to recipe specs and customer requests.
• Uphold store policies, safety, and security measures; provide attentive customer service.
