Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will guide a team to deliver quality beverages and food to standard recipes while maintaining cash handling and store safety.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community
• Provide quality beverages and food products to standard recipes or customer specifications
• Handle cash and ensure store safety and security
• Delegate tasks and coordinate work for two or more employees
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to support store operations
