Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, making each visit a warm, welcoming moment for the community. You’ll coach team members, ensure quality beverages and food, and uphold store policies with strong customer service.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months in high-customer-interaction roles and demonstrated ability to delegate tasks across a team while maintaining a focus on safety and consistent standards.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customize per customer requests.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Direct the work of team members and ensure store policies and standards are met.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and ensure quality beverages and food products.
