Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring customer interaction.
• Six months of supervisory or delegated task experience.
• Ability to prepare beverages/food to standard recipes and customize as needed.
• Commitment to attendance, punctuality, and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations with craft and heart to keep the store welcoming.
• Coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes and customer specifications.
• Delegate tasks to two or more teammates and coordinate their work.
• Ensure cash handling, safety, and store security during shifts.
