Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more staff.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to deliver quality beverages and food.
• Ensure store operations, safety, and security policies are followed.
• Direct, supervise and support staff to create a welcoming customer experience.
