Job summary

Starbucks is looking for a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming coffeehouse for the community. You will guide baristas, ensure quality beverages and food, and handle cash and safety procedures.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Starbucks supports growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality and follow store policies.
• Directing the work of others and teamwork demonstrated in prior roles.
