Qualifications

• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Prepare and oversee beverage and food preparation to standard recipes.
