Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor in a Miami store to lead the team and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience. You will oversee beverage and food preparation, coach partners, and uphold store standards with a focus on quality and safety.

The role requires flexibility across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to foster a welcoming community space.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards: quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• Six months of customer-facing experience required.
• Prepare and coach beverages/food to standard recipes or customized requests.
• At least six months experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees.
