Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing customer needs
• Strong communication and teamwork to maintain a welcoming store environment

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the Starbucks store a welcoming space for the community
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, safety, and store policies are followed
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to maintain smooth shift operations
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment and engage with customers to brighten their day
