Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Training Manager to design and implement training programs while ensuring operational excellence. You will lead the development of training resources and oversee Corporate Field Trainers across all locations.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in training, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry. Open availability, including occasional weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of progressive experience in training and development.
• Experience in retail or Food Industry preferable.
• 2+ years preferably in the Food & Beverage Industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs across all locations.
• Analyze training effectiveness and operational performance data.
• Manage all training-related activities for new store openings.
