Job summary

Farmer Brothers is seeking a Route Sales Associate in Santa Ana, CA. You will deliver, replenish, and rotate beverage station products, ensure in-stock conditions, and provide outstanding customer service on every route.

This full-time position requires a High School diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. You will handle invoices, inventory, and occasional warehouse duties while following The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell to grow customer satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Route delivery experience a plus.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Previous foodservice industry experience desired.
• Possess a clean and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, replenish, and rotate beverage station products on each call when assigned to a route.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working order, executing a minimum of one CQC per day.
• Escalate customer issues quickly to the ASM and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all customers on a daily set schedule receive delivery and service as required.
• Manage invoices, inventory, and collections daily when on a route.
• Increase Revenue per Stop by identifying and closing distribution voids on core products.
