Job summary

7 Brew seeks a dynamic Manager at our Waco stand to lead a 40+ person crew, uphold our culture, and drive profitable operations while preserving quality and guest experience.

You will coach, train, plan schedules, manage inventory, and ensure health compliance, safety, and team development. This role reports to the Regional Manager and requires flexible hours, including early mornings and late nights.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced team of 40+ staff.
• Ability to coach and train a crew and shifts.
• Experience with cash handling and deposits.
• Able to manage inventory and control costs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead location growth and uphold culture and values.
• Coach, train, and supervise Stand Leads and Brewistas.
• Create weekly shift schedules balancing labor costs and service.
• Oversee operations, health requirements, and vendor interactions.
• Report to Regional Manager and implement directives.
• Maintain cleanliness and excellent customer interactions.
