Beans & Brews Coffee House is hiring for part- and full-time Shift Leader positions. This entry-level management role focuses on ensuring store compliance with Beans & Brews standards while supporting cafe operations.

The role pays $11.40–$14.00 per hour in the United States. Responsibilities include barista duties, shift management, cash handling, POS and basic computer troubleshooting, and enforcing company policies.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience is necessary.
• Shift Leader experience is preferred.
• Applicants must enjoy working with the public and have a friendly, outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leaders are expected to meet the requirements and perform the duties of a Beans & Brews Barista.
• Shift Leaders must manage shifts by prioritizing duties, managing people, and resolving day to day conflicts.
• Shift Leaders must learn cash management skills and basic POS and computer troubleshooting skills.
• Shift Leaders must assist management in training and enforcing Beans & Brews policies and procedures.
