Beans & Brews Coffee House is now hiring part time Shift Leaders. We are searching for enthusiastic, motivated, and responsible people that have a love for coffee and would enjoy learning more about the world of specialty coffee as well as basic management skills. The Shift Leader position is the entry-level management position at Beans & Brews. Shift Leaders are responsible for making sure the Coffee House is in compliance with Beans & Brews operational standards. Position starts at $12.66 per hour plus tips.

Responsibilities:

Beans & Brews Shift Leaders are expected to meet the requirements and perform the duties of a Beans & Brews Barista.

Shift Leaders are required to effectively manage shifts by prioritizing duties, managing people, and resolving day to day conflicts. Shift Leaders are required to learn cash management skills and basic POS, and Computer troubleshooting skills.

Shift Leaders must assist management in training and enforcing Beans & Brews policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
