Beans & Brews Coffee House is hiring for part- and full-time Shift Leader positions. This entry-level management role focuses on ensuring store compliance with Beans & Brews standards while supporting cafe operations.

The role pays $11.40–$14.00 per hour in the United States. Responsibilities include barista duties, shift management, cash handling, POS and basic computer troubleshooting, and enforcing company policies.

Qualifications

Beans & Brews Coffee House is now hiring part and full time Shift Leaders. We are searching for enthusiastic, motivated and responsible people that have a love for coffee and would enjoy learning more about the world of specialty coffee as well as basic management skills. The Shift Leader position is the entry-level management position at Beans & Brews. Shift Leaders are responsible for making sure the Coffee House is in compliance with Beans & Brews operational standards. Wage ranges from $11.40 to $14.00 per hour.
